I recently started bonesmashing. I give myself about 100 medium-force blows to my cheekbones and jaw, and around 200 high-force blows to my chin every day. After just a few days, I seem to have noticed some results, although it might just be swelling. Are the impacts I’m doing safe? And how can I reduce or hide the bruising on my face?
