What do you guys think about pressing your knuckles (hard) against your facial bones to improve bonemass?
This is what the wolfs law is about, adapting bones because of strong forces applied to them

very high IQ, zygo tape does the same and thats how Vito Basso got his unreal zygos.
This but also supplementing with calcium and make sure your nuckels have been rough like punch some walls or drag them acros asphalt to maximise the gains

Im 40 years old and i stand every day and this puts weight on my legs and feet so i grow by about 1 inch a year.
But this is canceled out by gravity pulling down on my head so my head becomes shorter by 1 inch a year so it is now flat

ive heard of some guys who rested dumbells on their face (cheekbones) while they were laying down. never heard back if they got results tho :p

copejack(bojack) says after high intentsity exercises you lay a weight on your chin and that it will grow forward. Same for cheekbones but protuding

Anything but giving advice, I know that hardmaxxing is mostly the only option but Im just trying to cope I guess and you cant do anything better than jester, go to another forum to talk sht on
