Genuinely form the bottom of my soul Bonesmashing is the one of worst mistakes you ever could make in the sense it will give you brain damage. Sit the fuck down, breath, listen to your intuition, then ask your self why am I doing this? What is it worth?
The human body especially the human brain is a vast complex system that is needed for prospering or even just functioning. If you do not take care of it you will end up like 99% of people in this world lousy, thoughtless, and mediocre.The vast majority of individuals on this site are between the ages of 14-19. Given this you need to be reminded that your brain doesn't stop developing until the age of 24.(Even worse to Bonesmash in adolescence JFL). The responsibility to care for yourself is in your hands and no one is going to save you. If you want zygos so bad go to Constantinople and get implants, It's not worth the lifelong damage.
What is this even about for you? I will tell you right now you will not prosper if you are mentally incompetent. I encourage you to do research and thoroughly educate yourself on the brain in all aspects of it. For fucks sake be sensible and be smart. Don't Bonesmash.
Side note: If you want to maximize your brain potential in developmental phases avoid glucose (sugar), food dyes, food chemicals, processed food, frequent smoking (vaping especially), and frequent alcohol consumption. These things will all prevent you from achieving your potential on a mental plane. I'm not saying don't have fun just honor your body and take care of it.
