Doesn't really work, speaking from personal experience.

I experimented with doing 5 minutes a day for a month, no results. I just got nasty hyperpigmentation. Even other people saw no difference, and the way I was treated by people around me (the biggest indicator on how attractive you are) remained the same.

Do it until the changes are noticeable so that could be months or years, realistically you can bonesmash everyday because you would have slept and rested but personally i do it every two days, bonesmash until redness or bruising appears, bonesmash zygos, browridge, and chin
