Bonesmashing before or after facial growth plates close

I was wondering which is better to do, bonesmash before my facial plates close or wait until after my facial plates have closed. I am 15 right now and i am considering bonesmashing but i am worried it will ruin my face shape.

Bone smashing isnt a cope its proven

It cant fuck bone growth, in fact it is better to do it during puberty.
It can cause assemtry tho if you do it wrong,
And again it can fuck your face up if you do it wrong (rare,severe example tho)

Bone smashing doesn’t rlly remodel the bones much, it’s an incorrect application of wolff’s law what it really does is build scar tissue which obviously still works but u don’t need open plates bra
