I don't give a fuck if you believe bonesmashing works or not, comment regardless
theoretically if you bonesmash the upper infraorbital rim carefully you could shift toward a more positive orbital vector. more of an L shape than a straight angled line a genetically blessed person will get. the rim projects forward more so the eye sits deeper relative to the cheek. basically mimicking suborbital support without implants.
again, a genetically blessed person would have that roughly straight angle, but if you smashed the upper rim carefully, it would mimic an implant (some implants effect the bottom part of the rim aswell) in the way its more of an L
