Bonesmashing Bruising/Swelling.

I have been looking into bonesmashing to grow my zygos. I start school again in about 3 days. I was wondering how long would the bruising and swelling from smashing my zygos last? Also are there any ways to speed of recovery. (Dont flood the replies talking about how "Bonesmashing is cope").

okay but realistically swelling will last depending on however hard u hit. Just remember how long it takes if u fall on the ground or some shit and ur knee or somethign swells.

if u hit hard then it will last a long time. most likely a week or longer than a week. if u do it. Like when u get hurt it doesn't heal in a few days.
