Fucking faggots doing it incorrectly and then saying

Can it cause CTE if done incorrectly thought? I did it for 3-4 months and now I’m really scared

I’d think so, much more than contact sports, because the hitting is more direct. And there’s no “doing it correctly” because bone growth happens from the inside out and mostly during sleep. Get your head checked out if you’re worried and definitely don’t fall for this stupid ass shit again.

Do you know what CTE is, is not diagnosable, it gives you dementia after like 20 years, and it’s undetectable. My question is if there’s risk of I developing it for doing for only a few months, cause most CTE cases happen to people who do contact sports for decades

If you are using enough force to cause soft tissue scarring and maybe bone growth, you are likely causing Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. Stop.

Only time will tell. Just don’t do it again. If you want a boost to your jaw then get filler, if you’re recessed then you need surgery, there are no other options.

so I’m supposed to just live with this fear forever. Anyone who actually knows about the subject knows if I can actually get dementia after doing that.

This is one of those things where you don’t have an answer but you have a solution, the solution is to not do it again. That way you won’t cause any more damage.
