Bonesmashing caused extreme redness and hotness in face suddenly

I was hitting my zygos and cheek bones to cause fibrosis and inflammation,I wasn’t hitting that hard I would say upper medium intensity as I was hitting I finished hitting my left cheek bone and then went to my right one and as I was hitting it my face suddenly became insanely hot in a matter of 30-60 seconds then became extremely bloody red and boiling over the next few minutes I thought I somehow caused internal bleeding but then after 30 mins it calmed down a lot but still 24 hours later now there’s some redness I don’t feel any pain in my bones or my skin I just don’t understand what caused this and how can it be avoided
