Currently have palate expander and it’s working but still recessed chin, no forward growth yet

Been bonesmashing chin and cheekbones but it feels like there’s a fat pad protecting chin that prevents any actual micro fractures

Do I keep going and is there any way to dissolve the fat pad

Yeah I’m talking about frauding my actual chin isn’t gonna grow but just hitting the fat pad won’t cause any swelling

Don't bonesmash, orthodontic work is the only non cope option, or surgery.

It will do more harm then good and could mess up your face.
