i mean 2-3 inches in 1 year is reasonable enough if you do it regularly (4-5 times weekly).

i like to do 5 minutes 3 times daily for 4 days. only been doing it for 3 months so havent seen much gains but iim sure in an year il have a wider clavicle. ngl plan to do this till i get 23-24 inch bideltoid. currently 16.5 inches

Nah bro, let’s be real bonesmashing isn’t gonna make ur clavicles longer in any significant or safe way.
The whole idea of “bonesmashing” comes from a niche part of the looksmax scene but there’s zero scientific evidence that hitting or grinding ur bones can actually stimulate meaningful bone growth especially not in fully grown adults like u. U just turned 18, and while u might have a little growth left in ur bones, clavicle length is mostly genetic and set by the time u hit late teens.
Trying to force it with trauma (like hitting ur collarbones) can lead to:
  • Fractures
  • Permanent damage
  • Asymmetry
  • And even nerve or vascular issues
So if u’re thinking “can I smash my way to 22-inch shoulders?” the answer is no and u might mess urself up for nothing.

So what can u do to increase ur shoulder width?


1. Build your delts (especially lateral delts)
This is the real way to increase shoulder width. Hit lateral raises, overhead presses, upright rows, and rear delt flys. If u train properly, u can easily gain 1–2+ inches in width just from muscle.

2. Fix postu

Bad posture makes ur shoulders look narrower. Strengthening traps, rear delts, and back muscles while opening up ur chest can make u look way broader.

3. Lose BF (if needed)
If u’re holding extra fat, it can round off ur frame and hide bone structure. At lower body fat, muscle and bone shape becomes more visible.

4. maximize it
If u got a narrow clavicle structure, yea, it’ll limit ur max potential width. But u can still build a V-tapered look with wide lats, round delts, and a small waist. A narrow frame doesn’t mean u can’t look aesthetic or get attention.
