Yeh had bruises for like 1 full week. Still have some redness ≈ 4 days after from the bruises. Did fairly hard. First hitting the bone with somthing sharp. Then finishd with my nuckles.

I actually lowered my bonesmashing intensity a bit, the soft tissue damage was unbearable and just slowed down my progress because I had to take longer breaks

yeah, that's crazy. Long period with less intensity better for health and probably same results.
