Is bonesmashing cope? I have tried it before but havent seen results but then again I only did it for a couple weeks. If not cope how often do I rest, and how hard do I hit.

Cope.

Wolf's Law applies to gradual stress not smashing your bones. Bones adapt to regular controlled pressure, not reckless retarded self-harm.

It is largely inherited. Diet and exercise may influence a bit but bone structure is largely inherited

Alr then why do for example martial artists do chin conditioning to grow their chinbones stronger and thicker? And yes it does work for them. And yes they do it by hitting them repeatedly and waiting for about 72 hrs before they do it again.

there is no such thing as chin conditioning and if ur talking about shin conditioning that is only example where bonesmashing works allot of fighters condition their elbows yet their elbows only lose feeling the bone itself dosent grow at all cause wolfs law is not a end all be all u cant apply one law across the entire body.

Paired with vibration therapy it will work

Foids use vibrators and be 7FT theory

No but bone is bone and Wolff’s applies to all bone. You can clearly see on mma fighters that the bone does indeed grow when exposed to regular microfractures. Now the elbow can depend on various reasons. Maybe that they don’t hit hard enough because it fucking hurts or smth else.

i just told u they hit their elbows to lose feeling so why would they stop cause of pain the only reason is cause the elbows are not supposed to be hit so why would they adapt to something they are not supposed to thats why bonesmashing only works on the lower body cause the lower body is supposed to be put under pressure while running so the lower body does adapt by growing more bone mass.

What. Bone is bone. You can see on fighters how their face(especially browridge) has grown and developed a lot during their time fighting. And bones don’t decide if their supposed to grow or not. If you hit a bone causing a microfracture. The fracture will heal back stronger and a little bit bigger. That’s how they work. No matter what place of their body it’s in.

it's only cope if you don't use an harmer

bro no fighter ever gets hit in the browridge and if what u are saying is true wouldnt u agree they would have bad symmetry? cause no fighter gets hit equally with the same force in every part of their face right? but when u look at a fighters face they look normal no very bad symmetry
for example sean strickland looks pretty symmetrical no very uneven parts and as u can see his browridge looks very average

It’s hard to tell from that angle and lighting if his browridge is developed or not. And for the symmetry subject. Over time the hits are probably gonna be pretty equally distributed. Also clavicular has bonesmashed for 2+ years and his plastic surgeon said that it worked for him and that it worked so well that he would have thought it was plastic surgery.

thats straight up genetics and the fact clavicular takes steroids and heavy doses of them his surgeon did not see him before and after starting bonesmashing he just saw the after. and for the symmetry thing no the hits would not be equally distributed if u watch just one ufc fight u can tell there is a heavy emphasis on nose hits and the right cheekbone since most fighters are strong with right arm and leg

They did see a before and after. Why would wolffs law not apply to face bones tho? It’s the same kind of bone as shin bones?

bones are not all the same like the skin on ur balls is not the same skin on ur face
