I started bs about a week ago and do 2 sessions daily, 1 session at 8am, 1 session at 8pm, I do 200 hits on each part which is zygos, jaw corners, and chin corners, I use a mouthguard and put a pillow behind my head and never hit hard. After my sessions I always get brain fog and feel tingling in the back of my neck, and just feel like a complete iqlet (when my iq is well above 100 so this is a red flag,)which is literally a common concussion/ cte sign which quite literally is brain damage. Bonesmashing has not been studied long term and people may say “oh I do it I haven’t felt anything,” but think abt brain damage as the same mechanism as bs, repeated trauma causes new formation, and for the brain, repeated trauma causes degradation, the only reason no major studies have came out against this yet is because it is relatively new, and brain damage comes gradually, not all at once. TL:DR , bonesmashing causes brain fog, and tingles in back of neck despite proper precautions and normal hits, which are cte signs, therefore causing brain damage. Feel free to critique.
