Often people talk about bonesmashing on tiktok and other forums as a good way to grow the bones in your face, but bonesmashing actually doesn’t work how many peoplee believe, using wolff’s law as an explanation of it is inaccurate, since wolff’s law only applies to mechanical functional loading, such as running, jumping and lifting weights.

Note: bonesmashing wouldn't work until you remove everything that closing way to bone: skin,fat,veins,capillaries,blood

Can you do it safely for the swelling only though even with it not working

I did it for two days, Lowkey head started feeling a bit dizzy after a while, and when waking up mouth felt wierd asf like I couldn’t open, sometimes I could move it even more then before, and the inflammation is still present it ascends a a tiny tiny bit, but yeah it’s pretty retarded to do I’d say, but the inflammation even if temporary is decent, although yeah could be risky maybe
