Today before I went out I decided to give a couple taps to the chin with the good old hammer and it created a filler effect where my chin swelled up a bit and added support to my lower third, the trick is to hit enough that the soft tissue swells up but not so hard that you get bruised and look nd. Anyways I got a compliment for the first time in a while, but it also might be because ive been leanmaxxing and debloating too.

Nah I was bonesmashing since November and all I got now is nerve damage. Any time I do it now random parts of my face start to twitch. I think it might've fixed my chin asymmetry because I don't notice it anymore
