So i just watched jordan woods bonesmashing analysis. Before i say anything I mostly do it for the temporary swelling, theres like a 5% chance of getting long term results so yh. But anyway, he claimed that bonesmashing can mature ur sutures causing them to permanently close, because bonesmashing stimulates osteogenesis and sutural vaults in what he describes as a chaotic way. And he also says the osteogenic fronts are even more likely to permanently fuse, so the zygomatic, maxillery, etc. which will lower ur chances of getting any craniofacial development and long term remodeling. Its apparent because bonesmashing elevates peristalic strain which upregulates bmp2 and tgf beta signaling at sutural fronts. Which skyrockets osteoblast diffrentiantion via runx 2. Which fuses sutures through intramembranous ossification. Im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to this. If anyone is very high iq I would love if you could give further analysis and information. i don’t want my sutures to fuse quicker but at the same time i love the short term effect it gives. Also would areas such as the chin and browrige be okay to do without sutural fusion? I don’t mind quitting my zygos but I still wanna do my chin and browrige since its really my biggest flaws. At the same time i am getting orthodontic appliances soon, (mse, headgear, mara braces). And if it’s helpful i am 15.

Jordan Wood is literally delusional

He constantly post the same few side profile transformation pics and the before is blatantly taken from centimetres further back to make his jaws look more recessed than they are.
