Bonesmashing has made my zygos slightly bigger

How could I do it any different or better

like you need to optimize it by augmenting your gh by examine so like good sleep, taking hgh if u can , and there is more thing that can make you have a good bone mass like lactoferine its a complément and if u take roids there is halo that is very good too
 
Yeah I live in Canada so any roids are not really an option but I could possible get hgh and igf1 but that's really all
 
What kind of routine? For bonesmashing I just started like two weeks ago and just randomly though the day like when I first wake up or when I thing they look small I just hold the back of my head then punch my zygos
