Sounds fucking stupid because what bones are there on the heel of ur foot but I’ve heard ehren got 2 inches from it?
Anyone known if that’s real or cope?

yeah you can basically bone smash every part of your body for gains.
Got 2.6 inches from smashing my heels.
Make sure to also smash your forehead at full force with a metal hammer, insane for browridge growth.
Then smash the back of your head for a bigger skull, always full force.
