Swimming is a national sport here (myself used to did it for years) and I can confidently say this myth comes from swimmer’s genetic build. They already had wide clavicles, you need a very specific type of body to succeed in the sport (just think of how Michael Phelps dominated because of his one in a billion build)

The repetitive motions do build the shoulder area but it’s far from being effective. Swimmers also train in the gym with weights like everyone else

Can you tell me your bonesmashing routine?
I bonesmash the upper orbital margin and supra orbital ridge, as well as the gonions, chin, and body of the mandible. I do each of these areas 1-3 times a week, for 10-60 minutes in with a few (3-5) breaks. I have been doing this for around 6 months. I have bonesmashed the cheekbones and nose in the past, but not currently.

I m starting having serious results here too it was recessed before now healthy above average. Truly game changer.

I bonesmashed too for 6-7 months hard then make a rest for 3 months for skin to heal. But i will carry on now.
