yall gonna call this stupid af but like even LIGHT taps hurt how am i supposed to see progress when light taps are whats making me stop im not trying to kms

Idek where to bone smash i do it on my zygos only, any other places or nah. also like how does it work how does the results come in? is it from microbreaks in the bone that grow back fuller orrr?

i do it on other places, zygos hurt the least for me

im not getting into it with you on why bonesmashing works just read other threads on it
