Bonesmashing hurts

when i bone smash yes i know its going to hurt but my head bro.. it feels like it is going to give me cte tmrw. i keep my head against a walls with a towel between my head and the wall and i brace my head with my other hand and have good posture , what should i do to help with this or is it something i need to deal with
