I know it sounds retarded, but you have to hear me out. Smashing infras isn't even as dangerous as people make it out to be. It's just an excessively fear-mongered area. Only because of the fragility of the area, you have to proceed with caution. So I first began bonesmashing my infras a little while back and I ended up fucking myself over because I hit too hard and my left eye was swollen as shit and my vision started getting blurry. It wasn't anything too serious though and I never got any long term effects from that. After That I decided to put the hammer down and only smash zygos and browridge. It wasn't too long after that my infras recovered, and instead of bonesmashing, I sought advice and hopped on tret, azelaic acid, and hyaluronic acid. Saw amazing results and my orbital region looked the best it ever has. The issue is that it only brightened the area it didn't fix the hollowness. I could've stopped there but it's never enough. I knew that all the topical applicants wouldn't fully save my recession, so I picked up the hammer again. This time, I was so scared to injure myself again that I tapped the area too lightly and didn't gain shit. I was getting ready too quit and start looking into surgical intervention, but I'd have to wait 2-3 more years. Let alone, the cost for all of that. I picked up the hammer again and started hitting my entire orbital rim (Not too hard) but kind of like alternating between soft taps and medium-hard taps. For the hard to reach areas, I used the rubber and steel butt end of the hammer to tap the corners of my infras close to my medial canthus. Been doing this for a couple weeks now and I genuinely see results. My infras look more full and less sunken especially from the side and 3/4s profile. It could just be the placebo though so take my words with a gran of salt. However, I see many people constantly saying you could go blind from doing this, but that only applies if you're using the same force you would on zygos, or mandible for example. You would need a huge amount of force to collapse the orbital floor or walls. Many people are also concerned about hitting the orbital nerve, but it doesn't run above the orbital rim. This ensures you are mainly safe given you aren't smashing too hard. When I started smashing for the third time, I had literally no swelling and to this day still don't. Just don't overdo it and bs too frequently or too hard. I switch between the head and tail of the hammer frequently, and I do it multiple times a day (maybe like 3-5 times for 5-10 minutes at a time and right when I wake up in the mornings so yeah.

(Do this at your own risk I am not advising anyone to do this just specifying my experience for anyone thinking of trying)

filler is just temporary and fat graft can migrate+ it's still decently expensive not forcing anyone to try this tho

u should be covering ur tool with towel or use very soft tool for this

yes forgot to mention I do this occasionally it really helps to prevent swelling and you still get the same amount of force directed to the area

Gonna split ur infras into 2 if u bonesmash

Wow, incredible results, even the zygos are incredible

Are all results due only to bs?
yes results of healthy eating consistent exercise paired with bonesmashing no peptides or gear

It probably won't fix your infras but it'll help a fuck ton (y)
