Idk man I've bonesmashed for a big while and haven't noticed much difference.

Some people will say "But UFC fighters have bonemass! Because they get punched in the face.. and ehh..uhhh..uhmm"

But like damn bro, i can almost imagine A UFC FIGHTER receiving hits in perfect spots like right zygo, left zygo, browridge, his jaw. I can almost imagine that nigga telling his opponent on face-to-face "ay bru, smash me really hard on my recessed chin tomorrow, gotta ascend asap!" This is deadass the most retarded argument ever. It's equal to the same take as for basketball players being tall, because they play basketball – isn't this fucking retarded???

The only thing bonesmashing truly does is give you temporary swelling, i guess that's a nice makeup for people with already existing bones.

Besides, when it comes to professional athletes with high BM, why do we completely void the fact that they have been on gear since eons for enhanced performance? Maybe that's the whole reason they're so robust, or they've BEEN robust prior to their sport career (hence the tendency of them doing sports to begin with)

How intense your BS sessions were? Force of the hits, the duration, etc.
I tried to share some on this for how I did it at each period
Best seems to be daily really morning and night about 3 medium sets per spot if not lighter in morning and a little harder at the night session 50-100 reps per set
Will talk more about it
