Bonesmashing is extremely dangerous! Do not do bonesmashing ever

How long do you do this for when you do it bro?
until the skin is red and swollen, and i can feel swelling of the bone underneath. It doesn't take hours, it takes about one hour to go over the entire jaw and chin area. Or about 2.5 hours to go over the entire upper face including zygos, brow ridge, eye bones, defining the eye area, and shaping the lower(above the browridge) forehead.

thank you for your service in refuting bonesmashing

hopefully ppl stop trying
Why would they stop when it's a proven fact that it works?? Sure some people cant take the pain or have other health issues, but if you are healthy and strong you can tap on your bone structures with your knuckle for 30 minutes a day.

please show me how it is a “proven fact”

how bad is the swelling

i've never done it to the point of bleeding or hit that area, that's not a good region to hit as there's a major blood vessel there

Very bad.
Looked something like this:

This is especially noticeable in 3/4 view as you might imagine. It has since gotten better, but used to be extremely bad.

Well there are shit tons of arteries and veins there, and yea there is lymphnodes right under them too. you can work on that are by hitting higher up right on the edge but also the ramus and chin are the main focus points for the jaw anyways.
I dont think it's a good idea to hit between chin and ramus because there's major blood vessels there

I've knocked the absolute shit out of that area to create projected jaw angle. There used to be thick nerves there and they are no longer there. There is projected bone growth in that area now, sort of like richard ramirez' jaw with a taller ramus.

That diagram also shows blood vessels going into the forehead, there used to be waves of prickly feelings while hitting the brow ridge up that exact blood vessel, there is no feeling anymore.

okay but what about damaging the blood vessels

they are damaged. idk what else to say about it. I don't even think they can really be destroyed just by smashing.

ye but you dont know the consequences of that

just avoid the nerves and blood vessels, you can feel them. theey are only directly in the center.

it wont go away on its own?
Nope, it won't go away on it's own. I've had it for a year now. It will not go away. I have scheduled an appointment with a surgeon tomorrow about what can be done.

I for one would not recommend bone-smashing. The chances of injuring yourself are just too high for my liking. When I finally get it removed (if it can be done), I will never bonesmash again.

You smashed your sculpture till it fucking bled, and you probably just started the mandible. You obviously hit a nerve ending and blew out an artery or something. You need to to be careful with this shit, the face is not just a bunch of bones. there are nerve endings and veins that need to be worked away on. Once you notice the pain receptors are gone, then you hit hard, not when all the garbage veins and nerve endings are still there.
This :)soy:)
Psl autism has made niggas think that face is only bones
Fucking up a delicate nerve or some lymphnode, artery, vein is not hard while hitting yourself in the face
Permanent nerve damage and constant pain (shit like trigeminal neuralgia) is not cool at all and mot worth it

I used to bonesmash my orbtials but when i started noticing some eyefloaters and intense eyepain i stopped

Nigga i put the emoji as a joke smh
yea but you wrote it like you were saying bone smashing was soy so nvm.

Anyways yea it hurts but i doubt you would have any real medical issue from it. It just sucks to have that pain but you get used to it if you are really trying to get yourself ascended.

Lol

You have to hit it softly especially (if you are a beginner) with slightly big force not punching yourself wtf

Swelling never went away and there is nothing I can do. Doctors say there is nothing they can do. I went to the hospital aswell.
They did not find any broken bone, no swollen lymph nodes that could be extracted, etc.
They said it could be blood or whatever, but since it's not dangerous, they won't remove it.
My only option now is to get plastic surgery, like help with implants to make it look symmetrical.

So basically it's internal bleeding that happened from a bursted vain I guess of it's not lymph nodes

Now when hitting the corner of the ramus, you should be directly ON THE BONE not the edge and it will take along time because hitting the mandible is incredibly painful at first.
What does this actually mean

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I found out bone smashing actually meant smashing your face. So many questions
