saw sa3 transformation on him bs and fixing his antegonial notch and wanted to try it out to make my inner jaw more laterally projected because i have a narrow jaw i just did it with a 8oz hammer laying my head down onto 2 pillows holding the head the opposite way i was hitting and js hit it laterally till it swelled . does anyone else have experince with this as ik the swelling is suppose to harded and turn into scar tissue that gets harder over time so rn my jaw round instead of sharp but im gonna try ts for 6-8 months trying different tools but ill make sure to keep the swelling alive everyday

yes the inner jaw / mandibular body all the way from the chin corner to the masseter and them im training massseters for bigonial width or else it would look wierd . i have inward gonions and theres no point of bs those rn

instead of training masseteres
js smash ur gonions
muscle doesnt look better than bone
masseters will be round and make u look bloated

what about my inner jaw , also there inward idk how much mm or width u can gain for bs but it would be a lot to make them outward or flared

the gonial angle i mean . my jaw width is narrow and im bs it laterally so my jaw frontal angle is wider , and because i have inward gonion the masseter is the only thing u can see from the front so ive been hard chewing and have decent bigonial width there almost to my cheekbones but my actual jaw bone is lacking bad and i still have no dimo
