I take a hammer and hit the cartilages of my larynx hard. There are soft tissues inside and according to the Davis principle, based on a stimulus the cartilages remodel and thicken. The same principle also applies to cutting the medial canthus. You accelerate the process of remodeling the soft tissues very quickly, but it is quite dangerous. I prefer to just squint hard and increase the orbital fat which in turn will push my canthus to lengthen downwards.
