Bonesmashing lower jaw, Ive been bonesmashing my cheekbones every day and its been working, but it looks weird compared to my mid lower jaw, how do I bonesmash my lower jaw and how do I made sure it doesnt hurt my teeth

its works Im now less recessed but you need do with full force util it bleed and rest for 1 day if not it does not work because I been doing for 1 year with light force and nothing changed
