Not cope but i think you have to do it everyday and stay consistent because you don’t use so much strength as with ur fists for example

just saying the bruises are bcuz of the massage gun which she will prob gelieve hopefully

from my knowledge you shouldn’t do it everyday, you should have 2 rest days. don’t credit me since i don’t know to much about this.
