Bonesmashing might have fucked my left zygomatic

Ive been bonesmashing for a while. It has always performed js like I wanted. A few days ago for some reason half asleep me in 2:30 decided to bonesmash. I didn't realize that it hadn't healed since last time. Few days pass n start touching my face n I come across to a strange bump on my zygomatic

its in the same shape too. Under the skin, can move a bit n when I touch it it doesn't heart, but its uncomfortable to touch it. Been a few days since I found it n its still there.
