Do it, you’ll get excellent results.

If inflammation happens that means good, and don’t stop doing it

You saw results from chin? Tbh the only thing that noticeable grew from my Bonesmashing sessions was brow ridge, lateral Zygos, and gonions. I didn’t really get any growth from chin or frontal Zygos or infraorbitals either

Only the chin and browridge are safe and work because you can exert a lot of force on them

ignore that. its because of the periosteum » outer layer of bone. Lateral zygos » Thinner. SO therefore it is more reactive to pressure.
Yea I agree. I’d say supraorbitals, brow ridge, and lateral Zygos are most susceptible to growth for Bonesmashing. Every other bone isn’t nearly as susceptible to growth but can still grow ofc just not as much

Basically yes but the green part your showing is the frontal Zygos mainly and not the lateral Zygos. I’ll put more pics up to understand it more. The area highlighted in red is the supraorbitals and brow ridge and the area highlighting green is the lateral Zygos
