This is like the 100th post on Bonesmashing but I’ve been on forums for an hour and I’ve seen so many mixed results of people saying it works and it doesn’t and it just causes asymmetry I need to get a longer chin if it really works please can someone send me a guide on it

Idk I'd this is reliable, but if u start to see more growth on one side so it becomes assymetrical, stop smashing that side until both match
