Bonesmashing; my experience and how to get faster results and why I won’t continue

I’ve been bonesmashing for a month, and in this month I’ve seen notable results. However I won’t be continuing bc I also noticed just as notable cognitive decline. (I might be coping but it’s possibly not due to the bonesmashing but rather a variety of other bad habits I’ve been taking part in) (this is pending further eval))

As far as my routine, I smash my chin using nunchaku for 30 sec per area, and the. I follow it up with vibration gun on same area for same amount of time. I did this once per day (bonesmashing only every other but vibration daily)

I don’t care enough to post before and after pics. But for myself bonesmashing is confirmed however the brain damage aspect makes me not like it as a looksmaxing technique. I’m working on finding alternatives.

I can tell u that I get treated differently by men and woman just one month later. If there was a way to achieve the same sort of changes without the cognitive downsides then this would be one of the most mogger looksmaxes. Basicaly diy implants.

Oh and I smashed cheekbones, gonions and chin

If you must try it despite this warning, then here is my suggestion to reduce chance of brain damage:

Bonesmash MAX once per week, just give it a good session of not any longer than 4 min. I think its when you don't give your brain/body time to recover that you get the damage. I was doing it every other day for about 3 min in total, maybe 6 min counting the vibration gun.

As far as specific technique I used a nunchaku and I try to make it bounce off the bone rather and try o push through it right after it hits you pull away. Make sure you can feel the bone vibrate.


With all that said I suggest you don't try it our brains are the most important thing and a damaged brain makes ascending even harder.

Ultimately this post is supposed to warn against bonesmashing bc of the brain damage

Im against bonesmashing based on my experience and others who have tried-gotten results- and reported brain damage

Gives you CTE if you arent careful enough, same reason on how fighters cognitive function decline throughout the careers because of the damage and their brain rattles around
