Guys, serious question, we all know by now that bonesmashing works. Now I was wondering what is the ideal object, based on the volume of the object the density and weight, which are acceptable, and which are inappropriate

for the orbitals? I think that you can't apply enough force and that it is not concentrated and heavy enough
its denser than you think but your correct. orbitals take some serious smashing. the phone is perfect for chin and zygos. heavier objects for the cheekbones and orbitals

I remember when I went to store 6 years ago for a hammer to bonesmash and the guy at the register thought I was going to kill someone

you gn look back to these pre world war years knowing you spent them smashing your face instead of preparing for the demise of your family

Ogni altra notte come una bestia per un paio di settimane, poi una volta al mese ogni volta che mi annoiavo e ci pensavo
CI understand, at what age did you do it? for how many years? can you also tell me the intensity you used and the severity of the bruises and swelling you got

I was 17 did it for a year got no bruises only redness and the swelling wasn’t too much maybe lasts a couple hours then goes
It rlly depends how hard ur smashing ur skull
Also I used the edges for smaller area of impact around the zygos instead of the flat part as I thought I’d have to hit less hard but the force is more concentrated in where I hit

so you didn't do it very strong

so you didn't do it very strong
Nah, but if your doing it on a smaller area like how professional fighters throw punches it’s still enough
Also it won’t shake your head so much so you won’t get CTE/punch drunk syndrome lol

I imagine the lateral zygos require a lot of strength
