Arab Superman talked about it (and the post isn’t about him) the idea that taking 325mg of Aspirin daily while also bonesmashing can work very well together.

- Aspirin itself has so many benefits that are already talked upon in different posts, but the mechanism that would make 🔨 work better is delayed healing from the blood thinning effect.

- Basically would make hematomas in impacted areas more likely to turn into lasting bone (and not just swelling) with daily smashing since by now anyone who has seen results knows it’s scar tissue and not actual ‘new bonemass through wolffs law’.

The only thing is that Aspirin would make bruising also much more noticeable along with a bigger internal bleeding risk?

He was one of the first who didn’t use ‘wolffs law’ logic but the actual one that makes sense with hematomas turning to scar tissue which looks like bone.

But adding Aspirin is a seperate thing

Because smashing with normal healing just produces 1-2 days of swelling but by delaying the process on impacted areas you keep the hematoma ‘alive’ long enough to turn into permanent mass

hematoma ossification? is ther any science backing this up?

tag if u see results, interesting concept. seems really promising :)
Almost 2 weeks in rn, will post an update next week but had to not take aspirin on certain days because of unholy amounts of drinking when going out which in combination can wreck your stomach lining completely
