The only advice I could give is is to stop it completly. Bonesmashing ruined my zygos so bad I wich I could go back in time and undo it

I smashed so hard on one side that it gave me trauma and now the right side is like 3 times as big as the left. I‘ve been trying to make it symmetrical again for a year.
