Does anybody know how long bonesmashing effects last? I just did it for the first time and my zygos and chin are so swollen I can move it around with my fingers (in a good way). Also if anyone has any BS tips please lmk

dont forget to apply vaseline before bsing your zygoes, chin etc

but i notice you're using a towel to cover the hammer so that might be a good alternative to vaseline or any other moistureizer

Moisturizer makes it so you don’t get friction cuts, the cuts are always super obvious.

All i used the towel for was to brace the other side of my head and reduce any injures. Thank you for your help
