Hi, I have a couple of questions.

When doing bone smashing, which parts of the face should I avoid hitting?

Also, what sets and reps do you guys recommend for a beginner? It's my first time, so I'm not sure if you measure it by reps or by time spent on each area. How many days a week should I do it, and for how long overall?

And one last thing: is it better to use an object like a hammer, or just use your knuckles?

I hope you guys can help answer these questions. I'm sure a lot of people have the same doubts and aren't sure what the proper protocol is. Thanks!

use a hammer, best place is your frontal lobe, no damage will be done since there's no important organ there for you:lul:
