Ive seen some mfs say that I should bonesmash with a moderate force and others say 10/10 force, high risk high reward or some bushits like that
Seriously, should I use moderate force or as much force as possible?

Use moderate force; however, you must do it repeatedly. Slight bruising/redness is an indicator that you did it correctly.
