BONESMASHING RESULTS

I use knuckles but hit it very hard 2 times a week Monday and Friday short 15 min session consistency is the key in bs success
I’m the knuckle ms at the top when you make a fist or the bottom or in other words the knuckles at the base of the palm/ top of the back of your hand ? Also any scarring, swelling or damage to tissue I should be aware of and how fast did you see results

This is my bonesmashing results the 2nd vid is augest 2023 almost 4 months there is clearly more bonemass now. bf is almost the same cheekbones chin and brow ridge 2 times a week Monday and Friday

Make a fist and the zygomatic arch

I did not hit my jaw it was already good so I focused more on features that were not prominent just be high t and bonesmash u will eventually gain bonemass
What about jawline I’m focusing mainly on jawline and brow ridge

Are there any guides for jawline and brow ridge those are my areas of focus I want king ramus and jawline maybe later I go to cheekbones

Monday and Friday 5 minutes each bone chin zygo and brow ridge I hit as hard as I could but with my hands

Thanks man I’ll start on brow ridge and jawline but do I need to avoid muscle veins and tissues in the face and my masseter muscle also for tall ramus
 
you look pret good w bonemass but you need to softmaxx for appeal, contacts to add like a halo n maybe a better haircut

The only that looks like it was developed was your masseters. No bone growth
