Bonesmashing (RESULTS)

Tried bonesmashing for the first time today. The results I got were way better than expected (this is just from ONE 5 minute session) :

It is, thats the point, bone growth takes a much longer time

this is obv swelling, bone growth takes at least a month to notice progress
