Ive been bs for about a month and ive noticed decent results. How long do gall go per bone? Im doin 4 minute on each zygo and 2 min per side of my chin twice a day by hand.

tbf i’m only doing my chin and it’s kinda noticeable
being doing it for a month and a half now
like there is SOMETHING there but not bone
gonna keep doing it
