I was exceptic about this topic, but as I tried it on my zygos, they apparently grew. I'ts been almost 2 months since I started, it's not a really big change obviously, but I can say that, for me, it has worked, and Im gonna keep doing it.
I am just curious, do u guys think that it is just swallow, or am I actually improving my bonemass?

yeah it works but if you want your zygos wider i would recommend zygo tape and zygo pulling
