Im 1 month into bonesmashing. Instead of a bormal hammer ive been using a ball peen hammer thats about 8 inches. This helps direct the impact more directly to the bone rather than a normal nail hammer, which has more surface area. I feel like my zygos are slightly more prominent and projected, but i want to know from other bonesmashers what their results are looking like and tips for others getting into it

Your zygos didnt grow, theyre just inflamed/swelled up because youve been hitting them, stop hitting them for a weke or two and theyll go back to normal
