Bonesmashing theory only works with full microfractures on the bone though. Karate guys do it on their knuckles, muay thai guys do it on their shins but you literally see all the black,blue and swelling and theyre also doing exercises like knuckle pushups or using makiwara and so on to put more pressure on the bone to encourage it to grow. Even I did this because got into karate when I was young but I did it mostly on my right hand and only on the first two knuckles. So now the first two knuckles on each hand are bigger than the last two and the ones on my right are way bigger than my left. It takes a lot of time, a lot of pressure and a lot of fractures, I dont think its possible to do it to such a clean and even way as this bonesmashing method would suggest. You need much more force than just light tapping with a hammer and even it would also produce very uneven and messed up looking results.

Maybe in the future there could be a machine that causes dozens of perfectly calculated microfractures evenly spaced across the bone because thats the kind of level this would have to be done at for it to seem legit
