Bonesmashing tips?

I have stopped doing it recently but I used to bonesmashing every couple day 6 mins on each side of the mandible, zygomatics and brow ridge any other tips like other methods different time different places anything will help or is it over?
 
Gains from bonesmashing are extremely modest and most likely not actual bone but rather scar tissue. The only thing it will do is make subtle changes to your face. Zygos and brow ridges are the best places to smash, rest is cope
