Bonesmashing to get rid of acne

For some reason whenever I bonesmash an area of my face my skin quality fuckin peaks.

This might differ from individual to individual but you hit your face, collagen activates and repairs the area of you bonesmashed.

I think this is also the reason why when I bonesmash my bruises go away pretty darn quick.
