Hey guys, long time no post, been busy with work, but let’s get to it: bonesmashing.
I noticed in two photos I took that my glabella/browridge literally grew 3–4mm+ in about 2 months. Insane.
Comparing old videos and photos with now, it’s crazy how much it developed.
Around that time, I was doing a weird combo: bonesmashing every day on the browridge, eating raw steak a couple times a week, getting sun exposure for an hour or so, and also eating a lot of junk food / sugar / sweets
I’m not sure exactly what caused it, but it’s weird that only the glabella grew, while maxilla, chin, zygos didn’t change at all.
I’m not claiming bonesmashing alone did it — probably a mix of raw meat, sun, and mild browridge stimulation. Just sharing my personal experience.
As an adult, I don’t believe anything can change bones outside surgery or pharmacology, but this is what I noticed over 1–2 months.
I'm not trying to sell or promote anything i also make fun of this but it kinda worked .
Thank you
