Is this a good idea?
I'm mainly looking to widen zygos as my midface ratio is 1:1 but my ES and FWHR is just off.
Also gonna hit chin too; who doesn't want a bigger chin?
I'm also mewing and incisor chewing (among other things).

yes but you gotta do it properly

also, OP, k2 mk4 isn't enough. you need a lot more for proper bone remodelling my brother.

I hit both cheekbones simultaneously with ends of rubber mallet after shower, making sure I do it as symmetrically as possible.

So, Vit K mk4 + MK677 sounds decent? (I'm soon gonna run RAD + LGD, but after gonna do MK677)
I don't want to go all out, I'm looking for results more so in the 6-12 month range.
 
Also @bossman, so if I took 15mg, 3x per day of the liquid, that's 10 days worth... for 107AUD - is it just THAT expensive?

i recommend you play a metronome and hit in time with it, to try and get it as even as possible

30ml, each ml contains 15mg of mk4
3 servings (1ml x 3) = 45mg of mk4 daily
30/3 = 10 days worth.

Does this look alright? $70 AUD inc shipping for 30 days worth (3 x 15mg caps per day, 90 caps in bottle)
Is it a lot more bio available in liquid form?

No, the math is wrong.

1596024608413

1 serving has 15 drops. There are 80 servings, therefore 80x15 drops = 1200.
15 drops contain 15mg so we need 45 drops a day.
1200/45 = 26.666666 so ~26.
I don't trust supplements from amazon tbh.

aside from increasing vitamin K2, also increase:
D3
Boron
Calcium
Magnesium
IGF-1
DHT

the best supplements and whatnot to do this, I am still researching. There are some other things too but not entirely certain yet. This is just what has been agreed upon for years

Sclerostin inhibitors look like they have some promise, one of the avenues that I will be exploring

Yeah I am, but I haven’t heard a mention of it on there, I’m not active on discord tbh

They seem promising for bone remodelling, Vitamin D decrease Scelorstin btw

but what does it do for height?

I take 360mcg Vitamin K2
1600mg calcium
5000iu vitamin D3

Make sure to get enough sun/d3 along with it, when I took high doses without any sun on that day nor vit d3 supplementation it gave me slight dandruff, it really NEEDS that d3 and vice versa

Yeah, megadosing k2 nedds higher d3, rubbing the d3 on your balls makes a nice difference tho

Nah it should be ok, it is a huge dose of both so mind that you need a fuckton of magnesium and calcium because d3 needs many steps to become the one form our body uses, and every step needs magnesium
For such amounts I would buy some magnesium salt and make magnesium oil which you can spray/smear over you whole body, like 3 times a day I would say

Should I get the magnesium salts/oil as well? Idk, seems hard to do 3 times since I wake up around 5;45 and leave my house at 6, sometimes arriving home after 5pm, so I could apply at both 5pm and 9pm?

Yeah I also apply it like 2 times most often
Like after every shower that's for sure, when waking up, 30min before sleep and sometimes throigh the day
I prefer the transdermal use of magnesium because it doesn't interfere with digestion in any way and that's also the more natural way, when bathing in the sea we get a shitton of minerals through our skin, that combined with the sun is the reason we feel so awesome when at the beach

I basically bought magnesium chloride on ebay, 1kg for like 10€ idk, just dissolve in water until saturated and use that, also helps with itchy skin, itchy scalp I noticed

bonesmashing to widen zygos is a very bad idea, it will look disharmonious and unnatural to the tee because your fist or the object you use CAN'T replicate genetic-given wide zygos.
you can give yourself a more prominent ogee curve, however... by hitting the front of your zygos. just know if your cheeks are low or high set because where you bonesmash will determine if it looks unnatural or legit

100% Thanks for the info, yeah I'm more so going to hit the front - the idea behind it is to make my hollow cheeks more prominent.
