I'll be addressing some concerns regarding bonesmashing in this post.
You've obviously seen these common low-iq rebuttals to any post about bonesmashing ever:
Let me explain why these are retarded arguments to make and why any amount of research will naturally point towards bonesmashing working:
Research study that proves cortical bone tissue adapts to mechanical loading.
People tend to believe that Wolff's Law is simply stating that only the mechanical tension can make bones adapt, but that isn't true. In fact, the mechanical tissue is causing microfractures (#repost), which the bone adapts to. The bone does not adapt to the force, the bone adapts to the damage, not for the purpose of thickening, but for the purpose of withstanding similar damage and being able to heal again without fully fracturing or breaking.
This means that microfractures caused by impacts would be the same as microfractures caused by mechanical tension in theory. Obviously the difference between the two would be that the former would be much safer in practice than the latter.
Research study proving that bone fatigue in general can cause microfractures.
Bonesmashing deniers LDAR.

- "Bonesmashing will decrease your bonemass!"
- "Bonesmashing is cope!"
- "Bonesmashing doesn't work because it doesn't apply mechanical tension the way Wolff's Law intends!"
- "Bonesmashing only works if you are taking HGH!"
Not at all, the anterior of all of your facial bones are made up of cortical bone tissue, which is the type of tissue that can be remodeled with mechanical tension. For context, the other bone tissue, which is cancellous bone tissue, is spongy bone tissue. Cancellous tissue cannot be remodeled, as impacts to it will reduce mass over time."Bonesmashing will decrease your bonemass!"

Self-experimenting for 2-3 months just to try it doesn't hurt JFL."Bonesmashing is cope!"
Mechanical tension applied the way Wolff's Law intends, such as weight-bearing exercises, cause microfractures in cortical bone tissue in the area the exercise affects. When microfractures heal, the bone naturally thickens slightly to adapt to the pressure."Bonesmashing doesn't work because it doesn't apply mechanical tension the way Wolff's Law intends!"

HGH only increases the speed at which microfractures heal. Why would HGH improve results? HGH would only improve efficiency JFL."Bonesmashing only works if you are taking HGH!"
